About us
A creative play space for real kids
Lulu Land started with a simple complaint: every craft studio in town seemed to have already decided what a kid was supposed to like.
One kid wanted to letter a baseball bat. Another wanted to load a picture frame with bows until it could barely stand up. Both were doing the exact same thing — making something nobody else had. They just needed a room that made space for both.
So we built one. Five stations, open tables, no aisles sorted by who they are supposedly for. You will find us on the second floor of Westfield Topanga, open seven days a week.
Same creativity. Different passions.
What we believe
Four things we are not budging on
Same creativity. Different passions.
A kid who wants to letter a baseball bat and a kid who wants to bedazzle a picture frame are doing the same thing. We built a room where both of them have a table.
Everyone belongs here.
Boys, girls, siblings, whoever. Nothing here is sorted into a pink aisle and a blue aisle — the stations are open and the kid decides.
Real kids, real mess.
Paint drips, glitter travels, slime gets everywhere. That is the point. We handle the cleanup so nobody has to hover.
It goes home with you.
Every visit ends with something in your hands — worn, used, displayed, or stretched until it falls apart. Made things beat souvenirs.

Built for mess, cleaned by us
Wipe-down tables, aprons for every size, and a floor that has already made peace with glitter. Parents get seats with a view of every station and somewhere to put their coffee down.
Everything a kid makes here is finished, sealed and ready to leave with them the same day — except Decoden, which needs a night to set.
