• Do we need a reservation?

  Not for the stations — walk in any time we are open and grab a table. Birthday parties and school or scout groups do need to be booked ahead, usually two to three weeks out for a weekend.

• How much does it cost?

  You pay per project, not per hour, so you only pay for what your kid actually makes. Slime starts at $18, Pour-A-Bear at $32, and Sports Crafts at $40. Full pricing is listed on the Experiences page.

• What ages is this for?

  Roughly 3 to 12. Pour-A-Bear and the Slime Bar work for the youngest; Decoden and Sports Crafts hold the attention of older kids and plenty of grown-ups.

• Is it just for girls?

  No. That question is exactly why we put the Sport Club Patch Bar right next to the Decoden table. Same creativity, different passions — everyone belongs here.

• Do parents have to stay?

  For ages 6 and under, yes — and there is seating with a clear view of every station. Older kids can be dropped off for a station as long as you are inside the mall and reachable.

• How long does a visit take?

  Most stations run 30 to 45 minutes. Families usually do two, so plan on about an hour and a half.

• Can we take everything home the same day?

  Yes, with one exception. Decoden needs a night to set, so you can pick it up on your next visit or we can ship it to you.

• Where exactly are you in the mall?

  Westfield Topanga, second floor in Canoga Park. Take the escalator up from the center court — we are the storefront with the crown over the door.
